Mushavhi Ramaleba – Chief Executive Officer – CA (SA), RA, Mcom (Finance)
Mushavhi is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of RCA & Company. He holds a Masters in Commerce (Finance) from University of Pretoria. He graduated with a commerce degree from the University of Pretoria in 2004. Mushavhi obtained his Bcom Hons Accounting (CTA) in 2007 from University of South Africa (UNISA) and Bcom Hons Accounting (2006) from University of Kwazulu Natal (UKZN) in 2006.
Mushavhi qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 2008, and he is a Registered Auditor (RA). Mushavhi has over 14 years’ experience in accounting, corporate finance, corporate credit, process improvement and risk assurance services, which he gained from the private and public sector, which gives him a greater understanding of how creating the fit in companies activities and processes can position an organisation for sustained growth in a transient and competitive advantage economy. He is a member of South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors (IRBA). Mushavhi worked for Gauteng Shared Services Centre (GSSC), ABSA Bank, First Rand, Auditor General South Africa (AGSA) and University of South Africa (UNSA).
Mushavhi served his articles with ABSA ‘s Training Outside Public Practice (TOPP) and gained experience in corporate credit and finance and AGSA ‘s Training Inside Public Practice (TIPP). Mushavhi passed both the SAICA financial Management Examination and IRBA ‘s PPE (Public Practice Examination).
